Dr. Dani Babb
Dr. Dani Babb has 17 years of experience in information technology, research, development, network and project management, security and modern use of information systems to create new and innovative services for companies and society. She started her career in 1991 while still in high school, working to repair PCs while building a small consulting practice in office system management.
She developed and taught her first course in technology at Loma Linda University in health information systems management, using GIS to discover potential clusters of diseases in conjunction with epidemiology. She works with associates students through to doctoral learners in information technology and management.
Dani Babb has worked managing global IT teams at Fortune 500 companies, has managed and run an information systems consulting practice, teaches numerous courses in technology and has earned an M.B.A. and Ph.D. with an IT emphasis. Her dissertation was on security perception of Virtual Private Networks.
Mr. Baez-Vega has over 15 years of professional experience working in higher education and pharmaceuticals/medical devices organizations. As a globally oriented professional, he has work experience with Fortune 500 and start-up firms in the United States, the Caribbean region and New Zealand. His domain areas of expertise include Computer Systems Validation (CSV), IT Quality & Compliance, training and auditing.
As an instructor, his philosophy is student-centered and encourages honesty, transparency and critical thinking. For Mr. Baez Vega, the classroom is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Mr. Baez-Vega holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering, Master of Business Information Systems, Master of Science in Management Information Systems and an M.B.A. In addition, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership-Organizational Management.
Mr. Chandra has 25+ years in education/training. He started his career in 1991 at the Educational Studies Program (ESP), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), while still in high school. He developed and taught his first course in electrical engineering. Later on he progressed to teaching IT courses for several colleges and founded and managed a state licensed professional school offering 300+ online courses in business and technology for nearly 10 years.
While pursuing his passion for the education domain, Mr. Chandra also has been simultaneously and successfully executing research, engineering and leadership roles for 20+ years in the IT/software industry.
As a distinguishing factor, he worked at International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation for 15+ years as a senior IT/software engineer/scientist, developing computing systems which exhibit human-like behavior and advanced automation
techniques. Among other achievements, he created a new programming language for IBM's internal use and created a computing system which is capable of healing itself. Among other roles, he is currently serving as a software engineering manager at DentaQuest, LLC.
Mr. Chandra holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S. in Quality Assurance/Management. In addition, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration.
Mr. Goodman has 24 years professional experience in the fields of information technology and instruction. His interest in computers actually began much earlier, however, when he received his first Tandy computer at age 11 and began experimenting with the BASIC programming language. He started his professional career with the U.S. Army in 1992 working as an operator and technician for the PATRIOT computer-guided missile system. Since then, Mr. Goodman has also had the opportunity to progress in the private technology sector for many different types of industries, including corrections, manufacturing, higher education, and finance.
While working in the technology field, Mr. Goodman also discovered a passion for sharing his knowledge with others. In 1998, he began teaching computer courses on-campus, and by 2009 he was teaching completely online for three different universities as an adjunct technology professor. Between the years 2002 and 2007, Mr. Goodman worked full-time in higher education as the computer science chair and campus technology director for a local community college.
Mr. Goodman possesses industry level certifications in many areas, including networking, server administration, computer repair, and web design. He has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems. Mr. Goodman currently works as a Systems Engineer for a well-known Fortune 100 company and is also pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration Degree.
Dr. Bill Lambrecht
Dr. Lambrecht has 45 years of experience in education. He began his career in education in1972 in a small Nebraska school district. He became involved with technology when students wanted to learn how to use the computers that arrived so he enrolled in computer courses. He wrote a program to set up and score track meets at his school and revised it for use by the Nebraska State Activities Association for the state track meet. He also began teaching adult computer classes for the regional community college.
Dr. Lambrecht continued his involvement with technology and became active in technology associations especially the Nebraska Educational Technology Association of which he served as President. Dr. Lambrecht served on several State organizations. He began offering classes online prior to the support software now available. After a 21 year career in K-12 education, he moved to higher education where he has been a Department Chair, Web Designer, Online Course Developer, and Online Professor.
Dr. Lambrecht holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science, an M.S. in Administration, and an
Ed.D. in Administration, Curriculum, and Instruction.
Ms. Wells is an innovative and results-driven IT professional. She brings over 20 years of industry experience. Elnora dynamic leadership skills have allowed her numerous roles in Software/Application development, Testing/Quality and Project Management.
Elnora has worked on large software development projects in multi-national organizations such as Raytheon, Nortel Networks, Nokia, JPMorgan, etc.
After being the go to person on many projects, she soon realized that helping others was another passion. This passion has allowed Elnora the opportunity to work with organizations to train and perfect employee knowledge in the areas of software development and databases. She is proficient in analyzing problems and finding efficient measures in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Elnora holds a Bachelor in Computer Science and a Master in Business Administration.
